Pre-stretching and coupling

When the chains must be extremely precise because they are working in parallel , upon request of customer, they can be pre-stretched and then coupled.

The chains are run in for a certain amount of time according to the type of chain. The chain undergoes a draught (pull) equal to 1/3 of its breaking load.

This type of operation eliminates the initial mechanical bedding which is normal for chains and which can cause problems to the industrial plant.

Then the chains are checked and visually coupled to guarantee a perfect parallelism for the customer.
